Bot comments Report June 2025
The dataset of toxic bot comments detected in June 2025, spanning from June 7 to June 25, included over 1.5K English messages (n=1,689). The average toxicity score is 0.10, which is very low. However, a significant peak in toxic activity was observed on June 14, 2025 (see this list of events that could have influenced it). About 15 messages (1%) were very toxic, with a score > 0.8.
Threatening content: about 5% of the messages was categorized as threatening
Disinformation content: about 3% of the messages was categorized as disinformation

Toxicity often involved Politics (15%), Religion, hatred of Jews and/or Racism.
Some common toxic keywords include: zionists, new world order, fake news, jews, cia, fight, illegal, world war 3, dick, and fbi.
For example: “Operation “rising lion” implements a lot of preparation since many decades. Israel wants to expand itself into Greater Israel now. They will bring the USA into their war against Iran, because the majo[...]” (source: unknown).
